Access front end with mssql backend convert to MySQL backend? (1 reply)

Hi, I have recently taken over as it manager at a company. They currently use multiple (about 25) ms access front ends with a msSQL backend that the old it manager built over the last 10+ years. Just doing a bit of a investigation into what I have inherited I have discovered that they have no license for there mssql server. Oops! I have a 0 budget, so I'm wanting to use MySQL. Does anyone done this? Any idea what sort of problems I might come up against?

Any thoughts would be great.
